My front-line role
I am the Liberal Democrat County Councillor for Croxley division. The ‘Your Community’ section provides local service information, news, events, and contacts about the area.
I have represented Croxley Green as a county councillor since 2005 as well as representing Croxley Green North ward as a Three Rivers district councillor since 1999.
As is the case with every County Councillor, I have a locality budget of £10,000 a year to spend on community projects in the division. Follow the links for more details of the scheme and details of application have previously agreed and declined.
My County Council responsibilities
I am currently a member of the Development Control Committee and the Environment, Economy and Community Safety Cabinet Panel.
Roles on outside bodies
I have been a school governor at Little Green School for 16 years, the local Road Safety Committee for 12 years.
Personal, professional and political details
I did not attend university but completed 2 years at Cassio College in Watford before becoming self employed. I have worked in the flooring industry for 35 years.
As a Three Rivers District Councillor I am currently Chairman of the Leisure Committee, and have been so since 2006.
