My front-line role

I am the Conservative County Councillor for Letchworth East and Baldock division.  The ‘Your Community’ section provides local service information, news, events, and contacts about the area.

I represent the interests of around 14,000 residents of the communities in Letchworth East and Baldock and work closely with my colleagues at North Herts District Council.

As is the case with every County Councillor, I have a locality budget of £10,000 a year to spend on community projects in the division.  Follow the links for more details of the scheme and details of application have previously agreed and declined.

My County Council responsibilities

I was first elected as a County Councillor in 2005.  I currently sit on the Overview & Scrutiny Committee, the Development Control Committee and the Waste Management Cabinet Panel.

Roles on outside bodies

I am a member of the North Herts Joint Highways Members Panel.
