Activities include: Exercise and Relaxation sessions, Country Walks, Talks, Medical information, as well as organised social events, monthly trips and annual holidays.
The group meets at Leverstock Green Village Hall, Leverstock Green, Hemel Hempstead HP3 8QG, on the first Tuesday of each month, from 7.30pm-10.00pm.
Exercise and relaxation sessions are held at:
- Hobbs Hill School, Peascroft Road, Hemel Hempstead HP3 8ER on Tuesdays and Fridays from 6.00pm to 7.00pm and 7.30pm to 8.30pm
- Hemel Sports Centre, Park Road, Hemel Hempstead HP1 1JS on Mondays and Wednesdays from 2.00pm to 3.00pm and Thursday from 10.30am
