A scheme manager provides services during the day and an out of hours alarm service gives you security and reassurance at night and weekends. Many sheltered housing schemes also have communal lounges, laundry facilities, lifts, door entry systems and specially adapted facilities. In some schemes you may be able to buy a hot meal.
