Cycle training
We run training courses for children and adults wishing to learn to ride, or to improve their cycle skills.
Our instructors run a range of courses for primary schools in term time and for the general public during the summer holidays. Children aged 8 - 9 years can improve their cycle skills, while older ones can learn the basic on-road manoeuvres. Those at secondary school can take part in more advanced training including how to plan their route to school and negotiate busier roads, roundabouts and traffic light junctions.
You are never too old to start cycling. Join the rest of the family in a relaxing ride, get fit, have a cheap and reliable form of transport or just take the opportunity to see more of the countryside.
Our instructors can offer individual training to adults and children at all levels. If you are already a keen cyclist consider becoming a cycle instructor and passing on your expertise.
