Joint Commissioning Team (JCT)

The Joint Commissioning Team commissions services for people with mental health problems, learning disabilities and problems with substance abuse in Hertfordshire.

It is a partnership between the County Council and the National Health Service in Herttfordshire and it brings together the money we have to spend on health and social care for these areas so we can ensure that we maximise the health and wellbeing benefits to the population.

By pooling resources we aim to provide a single, straightforward route for service users and carers to engage in the commissioning process and inform our plans.
