Fire and Rescue Commercial Training

Commercial Training of the Hertfordshire Fire and Rescue Service was established in response to the growing demand for information regarding workplace fire safety and the management of workplace health and safety.

Why Train?

The management of workplace health and safety is the responsibility of everyone as laid down in current legislation The Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005.

Training affords the opportunity for employers to comply with current legislation, while giving the employee a more informed approach to the management of their own and everyone's health and safety.

For the last ten years the unit has been steadily growing and currently has trained over 800 businesses. The training services that we provide go hand in hand with maintaining a safe working environment for your organisation and employees. Bespoke training packages can be designed to suit or meet a company or individual's specific training needs.

Courses and Services

Commercial Training is able to offer professional competent training and services as outlined in the Commercial training online form. In addition the department provide commercial training in basic firefighting/breathing apparatus techniques to companies and organisations who retain fire crews.

An example of our diverse range of training includes our increasingly popular leadership & development teambuilding day. This highly practical and benefical day is also a unique Fire Service experience.

Auditorium Hire
