Are you Ready for Anything?
Could you cope in severe weather, widespread power failure, flooding or a flu crisis? Hertfordshire is a safe county but it can still experience situations that disrupt our daily lives. The good news is that there are simple things you can do to make sure you are ready to deal with an emergency, particularly if you think ahead and make some plans.
By preparing for the unexpected you can help protect yourself and your loved ones.
Who are we? Hertfordshire Resilience is the name given to the county's partnership of organisations who plan, train and respond to emergencies together. It is made up over 80 organisations including the emergency services, your local councils, health services and volunteers.
We have worked together to make these pages. They provide advice and tips to help you prepare for emergencies and information so that you know what to do when one happens.
