Carer's Allowance

Carer's allowance is a benefit paid to people who care for someone else.

To qualify, you must care for someone for more than 35 hours a week. The person you look after must be getting either attendance allowance or the middle or higher care component of disability living allowance. The carer must not earn more than £100 per week.
