Routes into Teaching

"Use your head. Teach" is the Training and Development Agency’s advertising slogan, encouraging you to "Make a positive difference to your own and others' lives – teach."

Prospects are good in teaching now and pay has improved greatly. Now there are training salaries to pay you to train to become a teacher and you can earn nearly £40,000 as a Classroom Teacher and up to £95,000 as a Headteacher.
