Teachinherts Live! 2008 event - took place on Friday 4th January
Every January, we hold a major information event, showcasing Hertfordshire as a great place to work for teachers and support staff in our schools.This year's event took place on Friday 4th January 08 - thank you to all who attended and to schools, universities and exhibitors who took part. Our next event is planned to take place next January at our new development centre in Stevenage.
There were talks to listen to, advisers to speak with and stands to visit. If you are looking for your first teaching post for September, are an experienced teacher looking to return or relocate to Herts or a supply teacher, you will find this an interesting and useful afternoon. There was also information about routes into teaching and the training involved - either through employment based routes in schools or through university.
