Governing Body Assessment

This popular course takes the form of:

(1) a pre-session questionnaire inviting all members of the governing body to reflect on current working practices;

(2) a facilitated session (2 hours) looking at the questionnaire results, identifying issues and action planning for the future.

This course requires open and honest discussion in order to be fully effective and so it is run as an In-House session only.
