Governors' Resource Library at Stevenage

There is a comprehensive stock of books, videos and DVDs at the Learning Resource Centre based in Hertfordshire Development Centre at Robertson House. It covers the main functional areas of finance, personnel and premises as well as effective working, the curriculum, community links, fundraising etc.

The hours of opening are:

Monday - Thursday: 8.30 am to 5.30 pm
Friday: 8.30 am to 4.30 pm

How do I borrow from the Learning Resource Centre?

Simply phone or e-mail. The item will be sent to you c/o your school via the courier and can be returned the same way.

Borrowing is FREE to governors of all schools which have subscribed to the Governor Development and Support Service or have Standards and School Effectiveness Group Membership.

Governors are welcome to call in at any time during opening hours.
