Model Schedule of Financial Delegation

The governing body should establish the limits of delegated authority for financial responsibilities in the school. This should be recorded in a Schedule of Financial Delegation or similar document covering what is being delegated and to whom, the limits on the exercise of delegation and the procedures for reporting.
