Governing body policies

Annex 3 of The Guide to the Law for School Governors (click on the link to the right) lists the policies and other documents that schools are required to have by law.

The policy statements below in this section, while considered helpful, should not be assumed to have an official seal of approval; rather, they are intended to provide frameworks and examples against which governing bodies may wish to review or write their own policies.
