Higher, Faster, Stronger: the challenges and changes ahead
Hertfordshire Governors' Annual Conference
15 November 2008, 09.30-16.00
Robertson House, Stevenage, SG1 2FQ
This year's Governors' Annual Conference has an Olympic-Paralympic theme. With London the host city for the 2012 Games, and some of the events taking place within Hertfordshire, there will be opportunities for the county's schools and young people. Roger Black, MBE, and Danny Crates, Paralympian, will help governors understand what the opportunities are.
Other topical issues are also covered: Sir Keith Ajegbo on diversity, Dr Rona Tutt OBE on Special Needs, Trish Church from Orange on e-safety, along with Paul Black and others.
