Have you changed your course since applying for your loan?
If you have changed your course or university/college since completing your PR1 or PN1 application for student finance you need to let us know about the change by completing a Change of Circumstances form (CO1).
- If you are a new student and your final choice of course or university/college is not the same as the choice you made on your application form
or
- If you are a continuing student and you have decided to change your course or university/college from last year
you must let us know about the change by completing a Change of Circumstances form (CO1) and returning it to us.
You can get a copy of this form either by:
- contacting us at studentfinance@hertscc.gov.uk or calling us on 01992 555772 .
or
- by downloading the form from the Direct Gov website by clicking the Student Finance link on this page.
