Stevenage students representing the town’s 6 secondary and 3 special schools came together at The Thomas Alleyne School to give us their views on Building Schools for the Future.
The workshop involved the students talking about important issues from the Children’s Charter and how they related to the education principles that will form the basis for transforming secondary education. Top of the list were issues such as bullying and being listened to by teachers, as well as other ideas, such as ways to improve co-ordination for students travelling between schools for A-level subjects.Tips and advice on using hertsdirect.
