CSF User Satisfaction Survey

Children, Schools and Families (CSF) (which includes social services, and education) wants to make sure that the work we do helps you and meets the needs of your child(ren).

We are currently in the process of developing 2 new User Satisfaction Questionnaires, one for parents and carers and one for young people which will be available during Spring 2010. The questionnaires will allow you to feedback to us on any of the services that you may have contact with. Parents and carers and young people who do complete the questionnaires can be assured that all responses remain confidential. We also want to assure you that all reports and records held in your child’s or family name remain confidential to CSF and that no-one else will have access to them without proper authorisation.

We welcome your comments and would like to know if we are helping you or whether we should be doing anything differently. With your feedback we will be able to have a better picture of what we are doing well and what needs to improve. Your response will be crucial in reviewing how effective we are in providing our service to your child and yourself. We will feedback any compliments and comments, and any matters of concern will be taken seriously with the relevant professional.

Collated results will be published to this webpage during 2010. Your feedback will remain confidential.
