Provider Monitoring Framework 2007-08
The HAFLS service has revised its monitoring procedures for the academic year 2007-08 to better meet quality requirements.The main changes include:
An evaluation of any Self-Assessment Report and Quality Improvement Plan that the provider has in place that is reflected in the monitoring report, now modelled on the latest Ofsted inspection format.
Better coordination with observation of learning and teaching carried out by the HAFLS team.
A moderation of monitoring visits by the HAFLS team.
A focus on support and intervention for providers who are not making satisfactory progress through additional visits and focussed training activity.
The documents on this pages are copies of those that the HAFLS team will use during monitoring. Providers may wish to consider how they would evidence judgements when preparing for a monitoring visit.
