nextstep is a national programme that provides one-to-one information and advice on learning and work. If you are aged 20+ nextstep can give you FREE information and advice.


What are the benefits to you?

 improve your skills and productivity

 identify your learning and development needs

nextstep will:

 offer you advice and information on your training and development needs in confidence, or within a group environment, with one of our qualified advisers

 help you make informed decisions based on your own needs and personal circumstances

 help you create a personal learning and career action plan that reflects your circumstances

How does it work?

nextstep, working with your training provider, will organise for you to meet with one of our advisers. The adviser will talk with you about any needs you have with your training course and work with you to agree your development plan. This will help the adviser decide the best way to support your development and progression.
