Do I fill in the form if I apply to a Foundation or VA school?
If you are applying to a foundation or voluntary-aided school you will need to complete the schools own supplementary information form, as well as the online application, or paper application form. The only exception to this is for Ashlyns, Goffs and Mount Grace schools. These schools only require you to fill in the secondary transfer form.- « previous
