Accept your offer of a Nursery school place

You must send the allocation reply form to the school where your child has been offered a school place by 25 April 2008. You can also print the allocation reply form below.

If we have offered you a school place at a different school from any on your application form, we would encourage you to contact the Headteacher and arrange a visit. The Starting Nursery booklet will have contact details for all nursery schools and classes in Hertfordshire.

If you decide to turn down the offer of a place, you should inform your Local Admissions and Transport Team. The address is at the top of your allocation letter.

If you do not respond to the offer letter you will be sent a letter from the school, asking you to return the allocation reply form. If you do not respond to this letter the County Council will write warning you that if you do not respond within 14 working days the offer of a place will be withdrawn.
