WOMEN IN HISTORY: A FORCE TO BE RECKONED WITH

31 MARCH 2010 AT 8pm

Women In History: A Force to be reckoned with is a panel event taking place at CRL on 31 March 1010 at 8pm.  Bestselling Historians Kate Williams (Becoming Queen), Alex Von Tunzelmann (Indian Summer) and Susan Ronald (The Pirate Queen) talk about Queen Victoria, Pamela Mountbatten and Queen Elizabeth, as well as discussing the power and influence of women in history.

The public are encouraged to come along, quiz the panellists and join the debate - a stimulating evening for all history buffs!

About the Central Resources Library

The Central Resources Library, also known as CRL, supports the services provided by the other public libraries in Hertfordshire by acting as a Central Reference Library, and housing the County's special information collections, Business Information Point, UK Official Publications collection, Performing Arts Collection and reserve lending stock. It does not hold recently published fiction or non-fiction, children's material, large print or talking books.
