How to find us:
From M25 - take Junction 25 off M25. Follow signs to Hertford A10. At the next roundabaout take the third exit Lieutenant Ellis Way to Waltham Cross, at the next roundabout take the fourth exit to Homebase DIY Store. Public car park is at the end of this road on the left.

From A10 from Hertford - at last roundabout before M25, take first exit into Lieutenant Ellis Way to Waltham Cross then at the next roundabout take the fourth exit to Homebase DIY Store.
Library is situated in the main High Street - a pedestrian only area. It is directly opposite the entrance to the indoor shopping pavillion and next door to the Nationwide Building Society. Shared premises with the Borough of Broxbourne 'one stop shop'.

Parking:
Several car parks available, shopping pavillion multi storey access from Eleanor Cross Road, pay on exit; High Street - short stay pay and display; Eleanor Cross Road short stay pay and display.

Public Transport:
British Rail Waltham Cross Mainline station or Theobalds Grove Mainline station.
Buses: 242 (Metroline) Waltham Cross to Potters Bar, alight at Bus Station stop d.
310,311 (Arriva) - alight at Bus Station, stop d.
Short walk from the Bus Station to the shops and library in the High Street.
