European Information for the public
Hertfordshire Libraries are part of the UK public library network of European Public Information Centres (EPIC Network), set up to provide the general public with ready access to European Union information.


European Information for business
Hertfordshire County Council and Business Link Hertfordshire work in partnership to provide the Hertfordshire Euro Info Centre (EIC) – an information and advice service on European issues for Small and Medium Sized Enterprises in the area.

Both EPIC and EIC are supported by the European Commission.
