Concessions for people with disabilities

There are a range of concessions for people with disabilities:

• No overdue charges on books, music recordings and talking books
• No charge for reminder letters
• No charge for music recordings and talking books
• No charge for reservations

Please note that there are no concessions on the hire of videos and DVDs.
