Borrowers are currently experiencing problems using the catalogue on-line services. We have a team working to rectify this. However we now strongly suspect that the problem is only being experienced by borrowers who have 'bookmarked' or put into their favourites list the catalogue or the catalogue related on-line services pages. In December we replaced the old catalogue with a much more sophisticated version called 'Zones'. However we retained the old catalogue and services until we were sure that the new system was stable. We are now experiencing problems with the old server. We are trying to establish a redirect but in the meantime if you have problems please click on the 'on-line catalogue' button immediately to the right of this message.

Libraries offer a range of online services which are very popular with users. Follow the link on the right to Online Library Catalogue to seach the catalogue and check your membership details.
You will need your membership number and PIN (Personal Identification Number)to look at your personal details. If you don't know your PIN, you can obtain it by presenting your library card at any Hertfordshire library.
