Pictured is St Nicholas Hall, St Andrew Street which dates from the 15th century and was formerly known as the Verger's House. (It is now an antiques shop). St Nicholas Hall commemorates the medieval parish of that name which was united with the parish of St Andrew c1707; St Nicholas Church was located where Maidenhead Yard now is.
