Disabled Employees Co-ordinating Group

This is a subgroup of Disabled Employees Forum, which meets every 6 weeks and is made up of employee volunteers. Its objective is to work to strive to improve the working environment for employees with a disability. Amongst other things, the group has set up a Record of Adjustment which enables better sharing of experiences and easier identification of possible solutions to difficulties sometimes faced by disabled employees in the workplace and details the types of adjustments made to help disabled employees at work.
