This support group is open to any employee who identifies themselves as having Black or Asian origin. The group meet every month and aim to:
Provide a support and networking system for Black and Asian employees.
Encourage group responsibility, credibility and accountability in relation to Black and Asian communities with the aim of enhancing their access to services and resources.
Prepare a plan of action with specific targets and goals on an annual basis and to review progress every six months.
Challenge racism and racial harassment.
Promote equality in employment and in the delivery of services to Black and Asian communities.
