We offer excellent training and development so even if you haven’t any experience in catering, we are able to provide you with the skills you need to do the job. Everyone new to Hertfordshire Catering has a full induction in one of our training kitchens to learn about the job.

We highly value all our ‘Heroes’ and take great pleasure in continuously developing them. We enjoy helping our staff ‘grow’ and support them to take the next step up the ladder to a new job, when they are ready.
