Online complaint forms

If you wish to make a complaint, please use the online forms in this section.

There are two forms available, one for complaints about Hertfordshire County Council services, and one for complaints about County Councillors.

If you have a lengthy message to send, please compose your wording first before adding it to the online form. If the form is left open for more than one hour it will log you out for security reasons.
