Topics currently being scrutinised
The Overview and Scrutiny Committee determines the annual work programme for scrutiny, keeping flexibility to deal with urgent issues. The Committee appoints time limited, task and finish Topic Groups to undertake detailed scrutiny work and make recommendations to the Executive. In addition one-off scrutiny hearings are held where that is appropriate.Listed below are the current Topic Groups. Under each entry is the scoping document (when agreed) which sets the framework for each peice of scrutiny work. You will aslo find here the Final Report of each Topic Group (when agreed)which contain the recommendations to the County Council's Executive.
