Consultation on the changes and developments regarding the Early Years Handbook.

The Hertfordshire Early Years Handbook (the Handbook) is for private, voluntary and independent sector providers who claim free place funding from Hertfordshire County Council. It sets out the key principles, guidance and conditions for working together with Hertfordshire County Council and other partners.

The aim of this Handbook is to ensure that the provision of Free Nursery Education Places in Hertfordshire is of the highest standard and to promote the well being of all those children who access this service.
