The electronic documents (PDF) on this page contain the transcripts of the public meetings held as part of the Authority’s current programme of area reviews of primary school places.

Please Note: The tapes of these meetings are sent by the Authority for processing to a commercial transcription service. While the company concerned makes every endeavour to ensure the completeness and accuracy of the transcripts, the recording quality, for a variety of reasons, is occasionally poor and this can make interpretation and transcription difficult. The Authority accepts this limitation and in order to preserve and maintain absolute impartiality in this process, no attempt has been made to correct or change these transcripts in any way.
