Children, Schools and Families Service Plan 2004/05 - Draft for Consultation (Archived Document)

The Children, Schools and Families Service has developed a strategic plan which brings together all the major service plans for children. It covers the period April 2004 to March 2005. The Plan is updated annually and this documents sets out the proposals for the third year, 2004 - 2005 of the Plan.

This Plan follows the same broad structure as in previous years. However, we have sought to ensure that the Plan provides a strategic framework for all our activities by building into it not only areas where we intend to develop our sevrices in 2004/05, but also to set these in the context of our overall core sevrices. As a result, each priority within the Plan begins with a description of our core services, and follows with key developmental work planned for next year.

A draft of the Children, Schools and Families Service Plan 2004/05 is now being issued for consultation.

This consultation has now closed. We would like to thank all those who have contributed their views to this important consultation.
