Local Transport Plan 2006/07 - 2010/11

This is Hertfordshire's second Local Transport Plan and covers the financial years 2006/07 to 2010/11. This Plan sets the framework for achieving the vision of a better transport system for all, and builds upon the successes of the first Local Transport Plan. This Plan is more focussed on delivery, in particular, in delivering the Government's shared priorities of tackling congestion, delivering accessibility, providing safer roads, improving air quality and improving the quality of life for all of Hertfordshire's residents.

The Plan can be viewed below, due to its large size it has been split into Chapters and Annexes.
