Highways development control - Information for developers

Information is grouped under two headings -

• Development Control - Planning Information. This contains useful information for developers at the pre-planning and planning stages of their proposal.
• Development Control - Implementation Information. This contains all of the guidance and forms for developers to enable them to enter into agreement(s) with Hertfordshire County Council. The purpose of these agreements is to allow developers to undertake highway works in accordance with their planning permissions.
