Travellink - Travelling to local hospitals

If you are on low income or benefits you may be entitled to reclaim your hospital travel costs. Ask at the hospital who to talk to about this.

You will need to provide proof of travel, your appointment letter, and proof that you are receiving one of the following:

• income support
  
• working families tax credit
  
• working disabled person tax credit
  
• income based job seekers allowance
  
• a certificate of low income HC2 (AG2) or HC3 (AG3)
