Herts Travellink - Who's involved?

herts travellink Herts Travellink has been developed through the Hertfordshire Integrated Transport Partnership (HITP), a unique partnership of some 60 stakeholders from local government, the NHS and the voluntary sector.

The main statutory partners are;
  • Hertfordshire County Council (Children, Schools and Families department; Adult Care Services; and the Environment department)
  • District and Borough Councils (all ten local councils across Hertfordshire)
  • Primary Care Trusts (there are two PCTs in the county)
  • Acute Trusts (the two NHS trusts which run the hospitals in Hertfordshire)
  • Hertfordshire Partnership Foundation NHS Trust (the mental health service)
  • BHAPS (the local ambulance service)
  • Bedfordshire and Hertfordshire Strategic Health Authority

In addition, HITP benefits from the contribution of a range of voluntary groups, including PoHWER, the local CVS and many others.
