If you leave anything on a bus or a train please contact the bus/train operator.
Lost bus passes
Elderly or Disabled Bus Pass - please contact your Local District Council to obtain a replacement pass. If a card is found please return it to the freepost address on the back of the card. Any cards returned to this address are then forwarded onto the district council to be dealt with.
If you have lost your Education Bus/Coach or Student Season Ticket please go into your school office for a replacement form. This form needs to be completed and returned to the address on the form, with an appropriate cheque for payment (£5). On this form there is also a temporary ticket you can use for up to 7 working days whilst your new card is being issued.
If you have lost your Eduction Train/Travelcard Ticket there is a £20 charge to replace it and an additional £5 charge to replace the photocard. We can not issue any temporary tickets for these or refund any money spent whilst the ticket is being processed. There take up to 15 working days to be processed.
If you have lost a 11-15 year old Savercard there is a £10 charge for a replacement. Send in a covering note and a cheque to County Hall, Passenger Transport Unit, PO Box 99, Pegs Lane, Hertford, Herts SG13 8TJ.
If you have lost a 16-18 year old Savercard there is a £10 charge for a replacement. You need to obtain a form from this website, Library, school etc. or call 0300 123 4050. Complete this with your details. This form must then be signed and stamped by the school or college you attend and then sent to County Hall, Passenger Transport Unit, PO Box 99, Pegs Lane, Hertford, Herts SG13 8TJ.
If you have lost a Bus Pass issued by a bus company please contact the bus company.
