Lost property on buses and trains
If you leave anything on a bus or a train please contact the bus/train operator.

Lost bus passes

Elderly or Disabled Bus Pass - please contact your Local District Council to obtain a replacement pass.

If you have lost your Student Ticket and you attend a Hertfordshire school please go to the school office. If you do not go to a Hertfordshire school please contact us.

If you have lost your Student Season Ticket please write to PTU, PO Box 99, Hertford, SG13 8TJ, enclosing a payment of £5 for lost bus passes and £10 for lost train tickets.

If you have lost a bus pass issued by a bus company please contact the bus company.

Hertfordshire Savercard - fill in another Savercard aplication form and have it signed by your School or College. Please send it into the address on the form, and write 'Replacement Card' on the top of the form. There is a charge of £5.00 for replacing lost Savercards
