Tackling Congestion in Hertfordshire Document

The County Council have produced a draft document entitled 'Tackling Congestion in Hertfordshire', which explores the issue of congestion in the county.

A copy of this document is available below. Appendix 1 contains a map for each of Hertfordshire's 10 districts showing congestion hotspots. Due to the large file size of these maps you will need to download each map individually.
