County Council Planning Applications

The County Development Unit is responsible for determining planning applications for the County Council's own development as well as minerals and waste sites within Hertfordshire.

This includes specific developments relating to its own services, such as school buildings and fire stations. Details of recent applications can be found below.

Planning Applications relating to both individual houses and housing developments are the responsiblility of the District / Borough Councils.
