Herts Rural Forum strategic review

The "Agenda for action" runs to 2005 and it was decided to undertake a fundamental review of the forum in the light of major changes to rural policy set out in the governments Rural Strategy 2004 and other changes at the regional level. The review set out to undertake a comprehensive review of the Hertfordshire Rural Forum, to establish how well the Forum is meeting the needs of rural Hertfordshire and to recommend options for taking this work forward over the next 3 years.
