Equipment and gadgets are used by everyone on a daily basis. If you have a disability you may find special equipment can help with a particular task.

Make sure the equipment you use is appropriate - an occupational therapist can help you identify the best equipment to meet your needs. Some equipment may need to be designed and purpose-made for you.
