The legal telephone helpline provides advice on money problems including debt and welfare benefits. It also provides advice on education and employment matters.

Advisers can help negotiate with creditors and re-schedule debts, advise on court actions like possession proceedings, council tax recovery and County Court judgements, and also on enforcement action by bailiffs.

If you have problems at work advisers can help with issues including discrimination, redundancy or problems being paid.

Everyone who rings will receive initial advice and people who are eligible for legal help will qualify for ongoing advice and assistance.
