NVQ Level 4 Health and Social Care (Children and Young People)

The Award
This qualification is designed for people working in management positions within Health or Social Care settings. To study for this award candidates complete four (4) core mandatory Units and selected and complete four (4) optional Units regarding Health and Social Care (Children and Young People).

Duration
The qualification is designed to be completed at a pace determined by the experience of the candidate and the opportunity for assessment. Generally candidates should aim to complete the qualification within 18 months.

Assessment
A qualified assessor assesses NVQs in the workplace against specified criteria in the National Occupational Standards.

Entry Requirements
Applicants must be in a management position within a Health or Social Care setting.
