Youth service

Liaise with national youth organisations, universities and youth services in the Eastern Region.

Work closely with voluntary youth organisations and partner agencies in Hertfordshire.

Maintain the links with Learning & Development departments in HCC, CSF and the Eastern Region.

Manage a wide range of training activities.

Deliver training and developmental activities.

Support staff through their JNC qualifications.

Provide learning support and guidance to individual members of staff.

Arrange non-managerial supervision for staff.

Support you and your staff to learn and develop whilst working for HCC Youth Service.

Support you to develop a competent workforce so that we are able to deliver a high quality Youth Service to young people.

Provide free access to the Youth Service training programme for the Voluntary Sector and partner agencies.
