INTENDED AUDIENCE Staff who have been on Level 1 course and on “Gathering Information for Court” and who are required to prepare and/or present information to court in care and related proceedings.
AIM Understanding of the types of written information that you will need to prepare for court, their purpose and skills to write them.
You will be set some coursework to complete in preparation for Presenting Information in Court.
